DowntownTickets.com is located at 9748 Stephen Decatur Highway in the Stephen Decatur Business Park in Ocean City, Maryland. Our office is open from Monday thru Thursday 9a-6p, Friday 9a-5p, and Saturday 10a-1pm EST. Walk-up sales and ticket pickups are by appointment only.

How are you able to offer so many event tickets?
DowntownTickets.com utilizes industry specialized contacts to secure premium seats to events nationwide. These contacts include internal and externally screened and bonded season ticket holders, promoters and purchases made directly from our office to the venue. DowntownTickets.com does not buy or secure any of our inventory from the public, thus we are able to guarantee all tickets to be authentic and genuine.

If your order is placed directly online at www.downtowntickets.com there are never any service fees on any orders, ever! DowntownTickets.com offers a fair upfront pricing system with no service fees and bottom line pricing to all customers.

Does my order qualify for free FedEx Shipping?
All orders totaling $50 and shipping to the US are eligible for our Free Standard FedEx Shipping offer. Standard Free FedEx Delivery 2-3 day business day delivery, please ensure your event date allows time for this delivery. For US orders FedEx Overnight delivery is $5 and is recommended for any events which occur in the next 5 business days. There is a $15 charge for Canadian delivers via FedEx International Priority. Orders under the total of $50 are shipped via US FedEx Standard 2-3 day delivery for $8 or FedEx International, for Canadian orders, at a rate of $23.

What are the seat numbers?
For the protection of our inventory and potential customers who will be sitting in these seats under no circumstance will seat numbers be disclosed prior to purchase. Your confirmation receipt will contain your seats numbers post-purchase. When purchased together all seats are side-by-side with one another unless specifically noted otherwise.

How do I pay for my tickets?
DowntownTickets.com accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We do not accept cash, check, money order or equivalent. Paypal is only an acceptable means of payment for auction based payments; we do not accept Paypal for web and phone orders.

Can I place tickets on hold?
No, unfortunately due to the complexity of our buying and selling process we are not able to issue holds on tickets without payment in full.

When will my order be processed and shipped?
DowntownTickets.com processes all orders immediately upon receipt, orders placed after business hours are processed next business day. All in hand tickets will ship within 24 hours of processing unless you are notified otherwise. Your receipt will contain your FedEx tracking number and or future shipping date.

What happens if my order is cancelled, do I get a refund?
When an event is cancelled or a contingent event is not played please contact our office within 10 business days. A DowntownTickets.com representative will assist you in returning the tickets to our office, once the tickets are received and cancellation confirmed a full refund of 100% of your purchase price will be refunded, Please note requests received after 10 business days of a cancelled event will be considered invalid. If an event has been postponed and rescheduled, your tickets are yours to use on the new date, no refunds would be issued, nor replacement tickets be issued.

How can I get my tickets?
DowntownTickets.com exclusively utilizes FedEx shipping for delivery. FedEx offers full online tracking, insurance on your package, and a timely delivery. Please note FedEx deliveries will require signature and will not deliver to PO Box addressed. For same day events electronic ticketing, venue will call or local pickup is generally available, please contact our office for instructions on same day event sales.

Can you ship to my country?
DowntownTickets.com ships to the United States and Canada, we do not ship to other countries. If your billing address and shipping address is not in the US or Canada we apologize that we cannot assist.

How do these prices differ then the "face value" of the ticket?
The listed price may differ from the face value printed on the ticket. Keep in mind, to decide on a sale price, one must consider the original cost of acquiring the tickets, which may include convenience fees, delivery charges, acquisition rights, overhead, commissions and many other factors.

What do you do with your unused inventory?
DowntownTickets.com utilizes local ticket offices to ensure all tickets are utilized; many tickets are used internally, transferred on consignment to local ticket offices and sold onsite where allowed law by licensed ticketing professionals. Unsold tickets are often donated hours before the event to youth and military services as part DowntownTickets.com social responsibility before going unused.

What is a ticket broker?
